Purpose and Application

​

  • EzTBS is used as a wash buffer for western blotting

  • Conventional 10x concentrated Tris-buffered saline 

  • Use for Western blotting, ELISA, immunocytological, and immunohistochemical analysis.

 

Features

  • 10x concentrated Tris-buffered saline

  • Easy to use

  • Dilute it 10 times with DDW  (Final concentration: 25mM Tris/pH7.4, 150mM NaCl)

  • Sterilized,　DNase free
