WSE-1510 Disc Gel EP Kit (discRun-R) is designed for isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (IEF) of protein under constant temparature conditions. It accommodates up to 8 glass tubes of 7.5 mm outer diameter and 75 to 100 mm length. It affords the first dimension isoelectric focusing for 2-D electrophoresis, as well as native or denaturing PAGE, in a convenient kit.
