Purpose and Application

​

  • EzBlock CAS is a casein blocking reagent (casein is a kind of phosphoprotein contained in milk)

  • Available for blocking reaction of immunochemical analysis

 

Features

​

  • Available for chemiluminescence, fluorescence, and colorimetric detection of immunochemical analysis (Western blotting, ELISA, Histochemical analysis,)

  • Dilute it 5 times with distilled water before use

  • High blocking efficiency enables obtaining the better signal to noise

  • Stable at 2 to 8℃ for 1 year

  • The addition of supplied Tween-20 depend on the experimental purpose
